ABSTRACT PAPER WRITING RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
- The authors accept that if they do not complete the changes requested from them during the pre-control phase for the uploaded files and upload them to the system within 15 days, the submitted works will be rejected before proceeding to the editing phase.
- The languages of the Congress, which will be held face-to-face and online, are Turkish and English.
- The title of the paper should be understandable and appropriate to the content of the text. The paper should be sent in MS Word format.
- No information about the authors should be included in the “Full Text” file where the abstract is written. This information should be included in the file titled Author Information.
- Information that should be included in the Author Information file:
• Authors’ Name and Surname, Title, Institution, E-Mail Address, ORCID No.
• ETHICS COMMITTEE NAME, DECISION NUMBER and DATE INFORMATION only in Empirical Research,
• PROJECT NUMBER, IF ANY, SUPPORTING INSTITUTION AND PROJECT NAME. - In studies with more than one author, the contribution levels of the authors to the study (determining the study subject, research design, data collection, data analysis and reporting of the study) should be stated qualitatively and as a percentage, and should be prepared in a petition format signed by all authors.
- The statement of whether there is a conflict of interest and the names of the person or institution to be thanked, if any, should be prepared in a separate file and in the form of a petition signed by all authors.
- Abstracts should contain the following information, respectively:
• Turkish title
• Turkish abstract text (must be 250-300 words)
• Turkish Keywords (minimum 3 and maximum 5 words)
• English title
• English Abstract text (must be 250-300 words)
• Key Words (minimum 3, maximum 5 words) - The title of the work should be centered on the first page and should be written in capital letters, in bold and in Calibri, 14 points and the first letters in capital letters.
- The type of the paper should be written in Calibri, 9 points, with a footnote in the title of the abstract.
- Abstract paper should contain information about the purpose, method and result.
- Pages should not be numbered.
- Plagiarism Report should be attached at the application stage while sending the papers. The plagiarism report received by iThenticate, Turnitin or another program must have a maximum similarity rate of 15% in order to initiate the evaluation process of the paper. When necessary, the board may pass the paper to a plagiarism check. Studies that do not meet the relevant criteria may be “returned to the author for correction” or “rejected”. Papers returned for correction must be corrected within 15 days.
