FULL PAPERS WRITING RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
- The authors accept that if they do not complete the changes requested from them during the pre-control phase for the uploaded files and upload them to the system within 15 days, the submitted works will be rejected before proceeding to the editing phase.
- The languages of the Congress, which will be held face-to-face and online, are Turkish and English.
- The title of the paper should be understandable and appropriate to the content of the text. The paper should be sent in MS Word format.
- References and citations in the texts should be prepared in APA 6.0 format.
- No information about the authors should be included in the “Full Text” file where the paper is written. This information should be included in the file titled Author Information.
- Information that should be included in the author information file:
- In studies with more than one author, the contribution levels of the authors to the study (determining the study subject, research design, data collection, data analysis and reporting of the study) should be stated qualitatively and as a percentage, and should be prepared in a petition format signed by all authors.
- The statement of whether there is a conflict of interest and, if any, the names of the person or institution to be thanked should be prepared in a separate file and in the form of a petition signed by all the authors.
- For full-text papers, the order should be as follows:
For papers prepared in Turkish language
• Turkish title (uppercase/bold/Calibri/14 point)
• English title (first letter capitalized/italic/Calibri/12 point)
• Abstract (Turkish)
• Keywords (Calibri/9 points)
• Extended Abstract (must be between 750-1000 words in English)
• Key Words (Calibri/9 point)
• For papers prepared in English

• Keywords (Calibri/9 points) - The purpose, method and the result should be briefly included in the summary.
- The main text of the paper should include Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, Bibliography and, if any, Appendices.
- Studies should not exceed 9,000 words, including abstract and bibliography.
- The bibliography should start on a new page. References should be written in bold and capital letters. Line spacing in references should be set to 0nk and then 8nk. References that are not included in the text should not be included in the bibliography. In the bibliography, the information of the works in the bibliography should be added completely. Attachments, if any, related to the study should be added after the bibliography, starting with a new page.
- The type of the paper should be written in Calibri, 9 points, with footnotes in the title of the paper.
- Pages should not be numbered.
- Plagiarism Report should be attached at the application stage while submitting the papers. The plagiarism report received by iThenticate, Turnitin or another program must have a maximum similarity rate of 15% in order to initiate the evaluation process of the paper. When necessary, the board may pass the notice to a plagiarism check. Studies that do not meet the relevant criteria may be “returned to the author for correction” or “rejected”. Papers returned for correction must be corrected within 15 days.
- If the Extended English summary consists of more than one paragraph, the first paragraph should not have a line entry. The first line entry of subsequent paragraphs should start 1.25 cm in.
- Extended English abstracts are not required for studies prepared in English.
- After the titles, abstracts and keywords are written, it should start with ‘Introduction’. INTRODUCTION title should be written in bold. From the entrance; Except for graphics and tables, all parts of the text should be aligned and written in 10 point size with 1 cm spacing from the paragraph indentation.
- The text should be written in A4 format, the paragraph area should be written in 0nk, 1.1 line spacing and 10-point Calibri. If necessary, footnotes can be written in 9 point size. One line space should be left after each paragraph. The page layout should be aligned 3.5 cm from the top and bottom, and 2.5 cm from the left and right.
- Direct quotations should be given in quotation marks; Quotations shorter than 5 lines should be placed in the text, long quotations should be placed in blocks, with 1 line spacing and indented from the left and right in the text.
- Section title and subtitle should be left aligned. Chapter titles 1, 2, 3 etc. should be numbered. Formulas and equations should be numbered from the beginning of the work; formula and equation numbers must be in parentheses and aligned to the right. Tables, graphics, and figures should be numbered from beginning to end (Table 1:, Chart 1:, etc.). After the colon, the first letter should be capitalized and the text should be in bold. The titles of tables, graphs and figures should be at the top and in the middle. If tables, graphs or figures are quoted, the source should be indicated in 9 points at the bottom right. Tables should not be colored.
- No space should be left between the title and the first paragraph. The first paragraph after the title should not be given a “first line entry”. In subsequent paragraphs, the first line entry should be set to 1.25 cm.
- In-text reference should be expressed as (Aktaş, 2017, p. 50), (Biolcati & Passini, 2018, p. 34), (Bolter, MacIntyre, Gandy, & Schweitzer, 2006, p. 34).
